Fox’s Tomi Lahren Tells Trump Campaign to Cool It on Questioning Kamala Harris’s Blackness: ‘Stop Talking About What Her Race Is’

Tomi Lahren argued former President Donald Trump and Republicans should immediately cease any discussions about Vice President Kamala Harris’s race and should hit her on her record if they hope to win the 2024 election.

Lahren joined Hannity on Friday night and was asked by host Sean Hannity what she believed an effective strategy to defeating Harris might be in the run-up to November. In her response, the OutKick host said discussing the presumptive Democratic Party nominee’s race is a losing strategy.

Trump made headlines when he questioned the vice president’s Blackness during a discussion with the National Association of Black Journalists in Chicago on Wednesday.

“I didn’t know she was Black until a number of years ago when she happened to turn Black and now she wants to be known as Black. So, I don’t know, is she Indian or is she Black?” Trump said, drawing condemnation.

Lahren advised the former president to refrain from bringing similar negative attention to himself again in the future.

“She is a California, radical liberal and that will be the most effective strategy the Trump campaign and Republicans can take against a Kamala Harris,” Lahren said. She added:

Kamala Harris would have never made it through the primary process. She didn’t leading up to her run in 2020 that failed miserably. This was done by design to run at the clock and swap out [Biden] at the last possible minute and hope the honeymoon period for Kamala could last all the way until early voting.

So Democrats are very strategic and they played this one very well. But the biggest thing the Trump campaign can do is stop talking about what her race is, stop talking about if she’s Indian or Black. Nobody cares if she’s Indian, Black, or a space Martian. Talk about her radical agenda. Do not get course on that messaging because that messaging will work and the Trump campaign can bend the ears of the American people and reinforce it. He just has to stay on that path.

Hannity concurred.

“I completely agree with you,” he said. “I think this election should be about Kamala, her radicalism. I think she’s radical, extreme, and frankly, her policies – especially foreign policy – is dangerous,” Hannity said. “Her border policy is dangerous.
