Trump Admits Defeat To Biden During Press Conference: ‘Didn’t Quite Make It’

Former President Donald Trump casually admitted defeat to President Joe Biden during a news conference, saying despite tens of millions of votes, his campaign “didn’t quite make it.”

As the Democratic National Convention (DNC) entered its final hours Thursday, Trump counter-programmed by holding a photo op and taking questions at the border in Cochise County, Arizona.

Trump spoke for over an hour, and despite having incited a riot on Jan. 6, 2021 based on his false claim that the election was “STOLLEN” and pushing that claim consistently before and after that riot, Trump casually admitted he just didn’t quite get enough votes to beat Biden.

The admission came during a riff on the immigration chart he says saved his life:

In my opinion, and in the opinion of the gentlemen behind me who know this better than anybody, much more than 20 million people into our country, many from prisons and jails and many from mental institutions, insane asylums and many terrorists.

And this was, when I left–. This is a very famous chart now, because it’s true, I probably saved my life.

But this chart is showing– the arrow in the bottom shows that this was the lowest.

This was the last week in office for me because of a horrible, horrible election. Where I got many millions more votes than I got the first time, but didn’t quite make it just a little bit short.

We got to clean up our borders, we have to clean up our elections, or we’re not going to have a country.

But that’s my last week. The arrow arrow on the bottom, you see, that’s the lowest point. As the gentleman were talking, that’s the lowest point in the recorded history of the border.

Biden defeated Trump in an electoral landslide that has been reaffirmed over and over by state officials from Trump’s own party — including Republican officials in Georgia.
