Bill O’Reilly Dismisses Trump’s Mass Deportation Plan as ‘Impossible’: ‘Would Take 10 Minutes To Stop It’

Bill O’Reilly dismissed Donald Trump’s plan for mass deportations of illegal migrants as “impossible” on Thursday, saying “even the Supreme Court” would not back such an action.

O’Reilly joined NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo on Wednesday evening to the presidential election and a speech given by Trump earlier in the day in North Carolina.

“Do you think going full round up on his strongest domestic issue which is immigration is the right approach?” Cuomo asked O’Reilly.

O’Reilly argued the plan would take “10 minutes” to stop.

“No, I don’t, because it’s impossible, number one. As soon as Donald Trump started to order federal marshals or whomever to remove people from their property, the ACLU and everybody else would fire lawsuits and the federal courts would stop it. It would take 10 minutes to stop it and it would never proceed after that. Even the Supreme Court would not go along with it,” he said.

The former Fox News host offered his own plan to counter Trump’s, which would include anyone here illegally registering with the federal government through local post offices. Those who do not register within a set amount of days would then make their way onto a deportation list.

“It’ll take years to do it, but at least there will be a baseline so the government knows the Hamas terrorists and where they live and the regular good folks and where they live,” O’Reilly said. “And if you don’t comply, you’re gone.”

Trump has suggested millions could be deported under his plan and he’s floated the idea of offering “immunity” to local police carrying out the deportations.

In a Sunday interview on ABC, Trump’s running mate, JD Vance, said deportations would begin with one million people.

“I think it’s interesting that people focus on, well, how do you deport 18 million people? Let’s start with one million. That’s where Kamala Harris has failed. And then we can go from there,” he said.
